Loaned leader feature not working

Playing game as Russia with 1.02J. I tried loaning a corps to Prussia with Bagration attached. I get a popup that asks me if I want to loan the corps with Bagration attached. I click yes. When I later try to end the reinforcement phase I get a prompt that Bagration is unassigned and it asks if I want to remove him for 6 months.
