No serial # with my digital order?

I ordered H3:ANW, got the confirmation email but it didnt contain a serial number?

I have ordered the H3:CE the same way, but that one contained a serial number, go figure!

Ive tried to retrieve it via "FAQ" but I get a an error: "Message 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 20009SC01"

Cookies are enabled, Ive even deleted them all but I still get the same error, same thing on another computer.

So... what do I do?

To be frank Im a little pissed, I dont want to wait for useless support emails that will only direct me to the above error page, I dont want to wait 2+ weeks for the physical copy to arrive, I would very much like to play this game tonight.

Just wanted to note here that I responded by e-mail to Piggy with his serial number when he first posted his issue on another forum. This has been resolved.
