Do you really think, that Germans cant repeat such blitzkrieg attack at -41? I belive that
they can, even better. There is already unhistorical cards for Allies, this is just ok feature.

Dealing the card in 1941 is a bug.  Thanks for catching.  I will fix.

It's a bug. I don't mind unhistorical cards. But we need a historical and unhistorical option in the mod then. I like it myself. I personally want to make waw a little more open i don't like being bottled up by all the conditions but it is a fun mod.
