Repairing Rail lines?

Sorry guys have not been able to find anything in the manual. What unit(s) do I need in the county to achieve a repair.

Any line unit (infantry, cavalry, milita...) is able to repair it. I'm not sure but i don't think arty, medics and the like can repair...
Engineers also can, and they speed up repair (form 10 to 5 days i think).
You have to start the turn on the area and click the repair button. The repair is no 100% assured but the effectivenes its pretty high in my experience. If it fails, next turn you have to click again on the button.
You can order repair and also give a movement order. The unit will move only after repairing.
Oh, and each area repaired cost 3 war supplies.
