I just uploaded v33d. Changes include:

- Train carry is reduced so that they will play primarily a strategic transport role. Truck carry cap is also reduced so they will play a tactical transport role.
- Heavily entrenched the Maginot line and added some artillery. It should be tough for the Germans to maul prior to the spring.
- Changed the 'French military preparedness' card so that the bridges around Luxemborg are destroyed so it is not an easy advance for the Germans.

When is the Anti Blitz Card available ?
Or does this depend on own PP amount ?
 
I ask because in our game i don´t have the card available in october 1939.

I haven't yet downloaded 33d, but in 33c, von Altair's modifications made the Anti-Blitz a card that was only available if you're using the Special Rules option. Check at the bottom of your briefing to see if that option was enabled when the game was started. You should have that, and rising production enabled for the scenario to play correctly.

Without that card i would have a hard time (even with using the card....)

what about 1941 blitz card if germans don't play it?
