PS this would be a stock game, as I have not installed any of the mods. If you prefer a mod and are willing to guide me through the process of installing it I will consider that as well.

I'm a novice too. I'm interested in a game with you because I like to play as Japan. I posted my own request, got someone interested but haven't heard back. So If you want I would be up for a game. I'm at work now, and be busy most of the day but we could get the rules worked out now.
