This is a set of three skins for the PIIIG. They are all in one zip and JSGME ready. Unzipp first to your normal location and then copy the 3 folders inside to: c:/MatrixGames/PanzerCommandKharkov/Mods.

Following are 3 Pictures and below in this post is the attached zip file.
