Trouble Playing COI: vietnam mod

Hi guys,
My COI Vietnam mad worked perfectly up until i hit a certain point. its giving me a i don't have the CD message and i've installed the game save fix accordingly but its still giving me that problem. Its also saying unable to open the file Pleime.mmm . I've checked the maps folder and the original mappack zip file i've downloaded and did not see the pleime.mmm map anywhere. is this whats causing the no CD error or is something else the problem, thanks!
