Silly Digital Express question

What is it?

I remember reading all about it a while back, but then forgot and now I can't find the announcement. The reason I ask is that I am still thinking seriously about finally getting War in the Pacific (partially because I am going to France for 9 months and am going to need a LOOOONG game (to go with Spore) to stop me from buying new games). I see the DX symbol but forgot what it means.

More to the point, I was wondering what the printed manual options are like now. DO you have to get a physical copy to get a printed manual? I normally print these things out myself, but I think my bootleg copy will be far inferior and I think I need a nice desk reference for a game so complex.

Thanks in advance!

SoM

By the way, if anyone wants a copy of Defending the Reich (to help me pay for WitP), I have one that I would let go for about $20 or so. Should cover that manual I want!

Hi,
ORIGINAL: Son_of_Montfort

I hear you. This is not 100% clear from the store front page, to say the least.
Here is the announcement : tm.asp?m=1679330

In short : DX = PDF manual only, ST = Black & White printed manual, CE = full color manual (as a side note : I didn't see any of those Collector's Edition yet in the Matrix Game store).
DO you have to get a physical copy to get a printed manual?

Sure.

Take care,

JeF.

You've just bought In Nomine....play that (I spent 4 hours on it last night...moved a total of 11 years)!

Heh... yeah, that is true. But, I'll have gotten impatient with that by October (when I leave).
