Finland Supply Problem

I have attached a save file highlighting 3 separate problems. Game version v1.02k
It is April 1805, and GBR Land phase, against 6 AI players.
A) The first problem is that I am unable to detach a factor from Sweden's III Corps to be a garrison for Abo.
Although the "Unit to Unit Transfer" pop-up appears, the arrow controls do not work.
Note, the seige of Abo had been lifted this turn by the arrival of Sweden's I Corps into the area surrounding Abo.
I suspect this is the same as a problem I noticed in v1.01b, where it was not possible to detach factors to garrison from a corps inside a city, when the city was full. It was necessary to first move the corps outside the city, and then detach.
That solution won't work here because, if I move Sweden's III Corps outside the city, the Russian corps in the area surrounding Abo will block the attempt to detach a factor to garrison.
B) The second problem happens when I click to end the phase. A message comes up regarding my depot at Lisbon, telling me that "ID Depot is not in a valid supply chain".
This message has appeared at the end of every land phase since I placed the depot.
Lisbon has been beseiged since before I placed the depot.
The depot is not stacked with the Portuguese garrison of Lisbon, but, rather, appears to be located outside the city. This happened at the time the depot was created. Removing and creating the depot again does not fix this.
The depot appears to function correctly, and it provides supply. Although this causes me no grief, it may be a symptom of a deeper problem, and you may wish to look at it.
C) The third problem is that, at the end of the land phase, the beseiged garrison in Sveaborg forages even though there is a depot stacked with the garrison.
The depot had just been placed this turn, immediately following the arrival of the beseiging corps.
The single garrison factor usually fails to forage, and, when eliminated, leaves the depot alone with the beseiging corps.
