Opponent Wanted

hi popeye,
i just started the scenario #16 with jamie (i play the IJN) and would like to play the USN side in another large scenario game.
how does scenario #16 or #17 (your choice) sounds for you with me as USN and you as IJN?
my rules would be:
-no night carrier ops.
-no sub invasions.
-no land based planes at all on any carriers,
-no marine air on carriers unless strictly being used to ferry from noumea to brisbane...or brisbane to noumea.
-100% shipping for both sides.
-no 20 gazillion single ship task forces in the same hex to avoid air/naval strikes
-japanese sub doctrine....
-fog of war...
-4E bombers at least at 15.000 ft.
