Ordering problem

I'm having a problem ordering this game from the UK. The Digital River site puts out this error message

There are no items in your shopping basket.

If you were attempting an order, please note that browsing outside of the online store can sometimes clear the items from your shopping cart.
Please add your items to the cart and try again.

To add items to your shopping cart, you must enable cookies.
The ordering process requires a cookie to be set on your computer to provide access to our secure server for processing your credit card transaction, downloading software, and checking the status of your order.

(Error Number: 30033010 - 0)

I have cookies enabled and can see the DR ones in the cookies directory.

Any thoughts?

Hi Anthony,

Could you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order number please? I'll ask someone from store support to contact you and figure out what's going on. Do you have any other security software running that could be blocking the store somehow?

Are you using AOL? I had the same problem - try going in through internet explorer - it then works.

This didn't used to happen so I don't know what is causing it.
