Physical Shipment Backordered Already?

I guess there are no CD's available for shipment, anybody know how many weeks/months it will be? I thought releases/CD's were going to be handled better...

They ship out from Minneapolis, Minnesota (for the US warehouse). The UK warehouse will not be shipping until later next week.

As far as I know, orders started shipping out today as planned. If you e-mail me your specific order number I can make sure it shipped out.

Darnit, I knew I should have gone ahead on physical and digital on WitP [for the printed manual]. Now I know better on this title (hope to get the $$$ soon).
Say, if I LIVE in the Twin Cities is it possible to pick it up myself and save the 10$ shipping

I received my boxed copy today, but I opted for UPS International Delivery.
