While playing on the CSA side, I hover the cursor over the Union group of Scott, the four star in Maryland, and the stats display without the brown dialog box around them. The black text just goes up to the top of the screen. I checked the other groups and they display fine.

I have seen this exact thing before, but was only able to duplicate it over Scott a few times, and then it stopped duplicating. I think one or two testers saw this as well. It seemed to come up only when you have the preference turned on that provides additional info in the region rollover box (and possibly when you press the Tab key to get that extra information). I'll definitely note that the bug still exists. By scrolling the screen a little you should be able to get the box background to show up.

I'll turn off the additional info and see what it does.

I tested it in Windowed mode and it displays fine. Then when I maximize the window with the top-right option box it does it then too. However, it does it all the time in full screen.

Thanks for the additional info, that might explain why I only got it sometimes since I usually play in windowed mode.
