I have noticed that production facilities exist in this game but, I cannot find rules for their usage (a'la WitP) in the user's manual.

Are the production Rules used in this game?

If so, do you follow the same rules as WitP?

If not, does their inclusion represent just a 'cut and paste' of the WitP engine for WPO usage (without actula intent to use them) or are there plans to include production in a future patch?

Production has been turned off in WPO. Everything is fixed unless you want to go into the editor and start tinkering with it.
