I purchased Matrix Napoleonic Battles and Civil War Battlegrounds a few months ago. All good! Until today....

Now suddenly on startup I get an error message saying 'There is an error with your serial number. Please contact support @ matrixgames.com for assistance'. And I can't play...

What do I do?
