tur eco phase.... it is telling me I cannot ceede a provence at this time, even though I have not sent one this eco phase. There has been an exchange from Spain to Russia, but none my my nation, Turkey.
Is it possible the system is only allowing one per turn, instead of one per nation per turn?

Egypt, a Free state created between eco phases, has zero money and manpower. It is also not credited towards turkey's home income. It is garrisoned by a reg turk inf factor, can the system be thinking this is somehow hostile? status is still a turk freestate.

You should not get the FS income of Egypt until the next eco phase correct?
I don't think Turkey should get FS income from Egypt as well?

I'm the host on that one. I mailed you both my gamesave file and a Turkish backup file on the 4th with a link to this post. I'll send them again.

the income and manpower for Egypt should be somewhere... it should be as the freestate as it was created before the eco phase I would think, but what is the apparent reasoning for loosing a turns income and manpower when creating a free state?

No doubt Egypt should get it but you mentioned that it was not credited toward Turkey's income which as a freestate, it should not be, correct?
