Found this scenario on the bank. Played and looks very good. Feels very historical.

Though i would increase the actioncard and political points available by 10. But thats my 10 cents. But maybee the constraint on building new units was done on purpose.

Tried it, pretty good actually. Nice graphics too. Recommended, period.
Only drawback, map is turned turned 90 degrees clockwise. So Cherbourg is to your right instead of your left/upperhand
