How much quieter it is with no Iceman?
I don't mean to diss the guy, but he is rather argumentative.

Maybe this will allow us to concentrate on the new approach to titans of Steel. I think it is taking an exciting new direction. Also Thanks PC for the strategy guide. it looks great. And send me that FAQ. For some reason i can't seem to find it.

I'm new here but from what I've seen just this week I think its safe to say he doesn't like the direction this project is taking. First the thing on the user name and now making fun of the new titan name. Its rather sad and childish.

You're right you know, you're new around here, and that alone should have been enough for you not to have the presumption to know me or the way I think. You don't know jack of what my opinion of the project's new direction is, in fact you don't know jack of how extensive my commitment to this game is - that only Larkin and myself know. You think I was making fun of the new titan name? I was expressing my opinion on it, and BTW Larkin didn't seem too enthusiastic with the idea either - but that might be my imagination. We all have the right to have an opinion, don't we? And you want to talk about sad and childish? Were you stung by my reply to your 'jet pilot' post in the old forum? Tough. I merely replied in kind. You haven't produced an answer BTW.

And Eric, since when do I have a hand on the future of ToS? I think you're giving me more power than what I have. Don't you? Am I keeping you from developing ToS II in any way? Man, am I good or what?! *This* is sad.

Maybe if everyone just quit with making things personal, it would all be a lot smoother. Iceman, you're a cool guy, you've done an awful lot to help ToS, probably way more than I know. Occasionally, though, you're a little rude to people asking questions or presenting opinions. It's one thing to disagree with someone, that's cool. It's another to belittle them for it.
As for everyone else, did you really think Iceman wouldn't read this forum? It wasn't necessary to make disparaging comments about him.
We're all here to play the game, have fun, and support the next incarnation of ToS. Let's cut the rest of the crap, okay?

Why should I be stung? It is you who have been acting childish for quite some time now. I respect your opinion. I did not intend any insult, and said as much in my post. I never said quiet was a good thing, it's just that lately you have been taking everything EXTREMELY personal, and have been biting at anybody who speaks to you.

Well, Mike, I don't think it's as much me being rude but the way people read what I write. I think people have the predisposition to think I'm going to blast away, and as I rarely use smileys, I might get misinterpreted. I do however *always* reply in kind. If someone gets smartass with me, they better have the "muscle" to withstand my counter.

And Prince, I wasn't talking about you. Why would you think I was?! Beats me you know. Maybe if you had read my post carefully. And reading this one carefully also will also help some.

As to the other "gentleman", oh you bet your ass I'll outlive you around here, in this game.

Everyone on this forum plays a part in the future of TOS.
