I have just downloaded the patch. I have the boxed version. The serial number on the CD is actually 2 digits short, someone did not do there layout job very well. No problem I have the serial # from my invoice. The game will accept this number and install, the patch however will not.[:@] Any ideas on how to install the patch.

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your serial number and order info and we'll check it to see what could be going on. All serial numbers for the game should have worked with the update. Also, I've never heard of the serial number being long enough in this game to be shifted off the printable area on the CD, but that has happened a few times before on American Civil War - the Blue and the Gray, which uses a longer serial number. Silly question, but are you sure you have the right serial number for the right game? (should be XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format for WBTS).
