Digital Download and Hard Copy

I purchased Battleground Digital downloand and Physical Shipment. I bought JTCS Digital Download. I think I made a mistake by not getting the physical shipment. Is there a policy from Matrix that says we saw where did buy a digital download and we can offer the physical shipment for the price of a bundle - the digital download? I am curious

I bought all three digital download, campaign, civil war, and Napoleon series. I was also wishing I had got the hard copy bundle.

I used to only want physical copies - now I seldom buy them - I buy digital downloads, burn my own CD's for backup and print the manual (or at least those parts of the manual I want read).
At one point I thought Matrix was offering what you requested though - but not sure if that was just temporary.

I wished they did they have that option. I did register my serial numners so they could just send a stock 1.0 for I have the upgrades.
