Hi Matrix

I went to download the game 18-7-08, Australia time, but the download failed. When I went to redownload via the order number/password as well as email/last 5 numbers of credit card options I got an error stating the account doesn't exist, yet I got an email verifying my purchase. I have sent an email to support with no response as yet. I have downloaded many games thru Matrix in the past with no problem. Can I get some help to download it please.

Give it another try through www.findmyorder.com today in case the order hadn't "settled" when you first tried to re-download. If that doesn't work, e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order info and I'll investigate.
