TOS:WS beta2.0 lives

Well I had the pleasure of testing out the new beta of Warring Suns and it is much better than I ever expected. WIth the new Titan animations, interface, terrain, and some really great new options. There is one downside to this. It is going to be hard for me to go back to playing v1.4. Let's just say that after a huge amount of effort by Vicious Byte we are seeing some very nice results.

I am making screenshots today. That is the best I can do at present. We are working long hours to finish the game as soon as possible. larkin as always gets the Iron man award for dedication.

What's the megabyte size of the game? Is it downloadable?

That is a nice thought. And yes you have been very loyal.
I seriously doubt that we will be giving out copies of the beta beyond actual Vicious Byte members and matrix games. Consider the full game of v1.4 our gift to your loyalty. It took a lot of work to do 1.4 and we're giving it away free. Aren't we nice?

At current estimates it will be 100-200 Mb. v1.4 is only 8.8 Mb so you can see there is a lot going into Warring suns.
It is not available as a download.
