This has likely been reported before.
Notiche here Prussia has conquered Hanover, but his allies GB/RU/AU all have war listed vs Hanover ???

There's a similar issue with Cyrenacia. Turkey declared war, France got control, Turkey conquered but it still shows as being at war with France's enemies.

You should be able to check the file ?
I just checked btw, Switcherland is Austrian conquered but not at war with Austria's allies, so its not general but maybe specific code for certain minors ?

Marshall dont know if you are still looking into this.
Patch 1.04 still seem to keep those old non existing wars.
In one pbm game 2 of my Austrian minor free states are at war with eachother....... Cause was likely that France had them as Free states before i took them, but they are still not reset to neutral.
