i just had a horrible day... nothing at all happened.. until... about an hour ago i was petting my can on the examination room table at the vet... she was purring... and 15 minutes ago i was petting her in her grave... i knew that cat my whole life... now shes under 3 feet of dirt in my back yard...
it was for the best though. she had a lymphatic canser or something... at least now she won't have to struggle through any more cold winter nights, or try to scratch off uncountable fleas...
i haven't lost a pet in over 6 years... this is probably the hardest thing i've gone through in that whole 6 years...

Many condolences. I know how you feel, I lost serveral parakeets before. Two I never saw again, not even dead. Just remember to keep them in your heart as I'm sure they keep you in theirs.

Kinda reminds me too that my German Shepherd, Jade, will pass out some day in the future as well. She's so pretty.. Go check for yourself.
