Neutral territory supply cost bugs Ver 1.010

1) If Charleston WV is captured by South, the map mouseover of Charleston shows it as a 1 supply cost region.

It’s supply path (via road) should make it a 2 supply cost region, which is what the game is apparently using as the cost to build a depot build there is that of a 2 supply cost region.

2) With the South occupying Bowling Green, Glasgow and Lebanon, KY, Lebanon shows (correctly since Louisville is still a neutral region and so it’s not connected via rail) as a 2 supply cost region but depot construction is charged at a 1 Supply Cost region rate (i.e. an Admin 2 leader costs only 14 and no the expected 34 supply points to build a depot)

Where is Columbia WV? I don't see a region with that name anywhere in WV [&:]

Nevermind, I was able to duplicate it easily enough.
