Op fire bug Ver 1.010

5.4 says: Both sides have the same four types of naval units, also referred to as fleets; three naval combat units and transport fleets
This defines a naval combat unit as a fleet.
Assuming that op-fire uses the 10.2.2 naval combat execution routine (I could find no explicit statement to that effect in the op-fire documentation), 10.2.2 says: +4 Heavy Artillery firing at fleets in a river (not in effect during op-fire)
Contrary to the above, heavy arty performing an op-fire attack on naval combat units (fleets) in a river do receive, per the combat report mouseover, a “target in river 4” modifier.
My search of the forum did not show this apparent bug already reported, so my apologies if it’s old news.
