After bombarding an enemy unit the previous turn, the next turn would not allow bombardment of the same enemy unit. Information readout said "Shore bombardment not possible: unit has already been bombarded this turn" I was clearly in the next turn and had not shore bombarded anything yet. The enemy unit was located in the city of Gdansk. I could however bombard another enemy unit that had not been attacked the previous turn. A reload of the save game did not fix this.

I had the same problem bombing tobruk.

Yes, it's a bug. Shore bombardment flag on land unit is not zeroed at the end of turn. Will fix.
