I have loaded 2 units onto AIPs planning to land in Norway; when I go into the Fleet mode I see them in a Fleet in the Baltic as expected. Now how do I unload them on the target hex? When I select the ships the Unload button is greyed out, and I can't find any other way to do it. Thanks very much,

You click on the hex you want to invade and just under the mini map is a button for you to invade with

And btw, to land in Norway, your amphibious units must be in North Sea.

Landing can be very difficult because british fleet will certainly try to intercept the invasion. Better tactic is to use  series of air strikes on Oslo and then paratroops to take the city.

Thanks very much for the help - I see it now. And I've found the same as far as success rate of a naval invasion: in 3 separate attempts my fleet and invasion force has been wiped out every time. I'll have to try the para route.
