Top down maps. Where?

Is there a place in the main game folders where the top down maps can be had?

It would be handy to have them all for AARs.

Blank top down maps are the way to make the best AARs (where one's deployment and flanking plans and enemy postions can all be edited in and seen nicely). 3D captures are simply 'photos' of local combat and terrain idiosyncrasies [sp].

If not, one will need to make captures of them in the purchase phase (until Devs make a folder of them for me [:D] ).

You can just load each map up in the scenario editor and press prt scr if you want.

Each map is stored under its own named folder beneath Media. They are called map.bmp

Yes I see that. That is good.

I have been reticent to go into the karkov/ winter gewitter game folder for some reason. I'm just relaxing and playing I guess, rather than tinkering.

Thank you.

Why is there a sewing machine bit map in there? LOL.

The German secret weapons program really was on the threshold of something great, I see....
