Looking for opponent again

First I want to thank JAMIAM for getting a game going with me. I don't feel like I'm really giving much of a challenge though, so I'd like to get a game going with another rookie. Maybe I'll rechallenge him once I've gotten some experience [:D]. (This doesn't mean I give up... yet lol)
I'd like to try CSA again, Historical leaders, CSC, I'm on the fence about Limited Command Recovery... I usually do use it, but don't care either way. Please no redos or reloads. I have tried to start 3 games that have come back with un:1 and no explanation.
If this sounds like fun, reply here or to my email or pm.
Bill

Hi IronWarrior:
I am a rookie also. Just completing my 2nd game against the AI as the Union. I think I can give you a fair game with the rules you suggested. Let's use limited command recovery also. No restarts from me! [;)]
If interested let's start a game.

Am i allowed to ask a question?
I never played PBEM, but considering to do this anytime in the future.
What does the the phrase of the reloads & restarts mean?
Does that mean, I have to do my turn in one sitting?
Or will it be possible, that i open the game file, make some moves, save the file, & open it again to complete my turn? (Although not changing my first moves, so what i mean, i would not open the file sent by my opponent twice)
Is this not allowed?
Any clearification would be highly appreciated.

Assuming that I understand things properly and the system is working, a reload or redo will show as un:1 for example. 2 reloads would be un:2. It is not necessary to complete a turn in one sitting, I often need much time to complete a turn. You can save and come back to it without un:x showing up. I've had games where I copied the file, or renamed it at the request of my opponent and it shows as co:1 or co:2, not sure if this shows up if you save and come back to it, but this is not a reload and is perfectly fine.
Page 21 of the manual explains it under 3.3.2 PBEM.
