There is a initiative percentage display error if a theater commander dies.

Winfield Scott, a Union Theater commander, was in Cincinnati (TCIB value 4 region) when he died at beginning of August ’61 turn. A mouseover of leaders which were linked to Scott shows a TCIB help value of 1 being given for initiative but the actual percentage calculates to a TCIB value of 4. An example: initiative pct: 66 (atk/mod 1 + depot 5 + help 1)/15. The math for the 66 percentage says that 4 help was actually given, not the 1 shown).
