I've downloaded the game today (1.10.10), installed and started. The game crashed after the blue progress bar reached 100%. I've tried all suggestions from other threads, but what fixed the crash was to download and install the flash player from Adobe:

After installation i could open/load the video/intro.swf in Firefox and watch the video.
