Played last night as US with the rest on AI, 1941 scenario, patched to 1.2.
Used US diplomatic points to eventually convert and force Vichy to join the Allies.
On Vichy's first turn they deployed all new units to Syria.
Germans/Italians then took all Vichy cities in France.
Maybe they should garrison the mainland cities first?
