I can't seem to find it in the members area.

If you've registered your game, it's there. I downloaded it this morning

I registered about an hour ago. I looked at the 1st page, the patches page and verything else I could try, including search.

Try clicking on "My Games" on the right. THis will give you a list of tyour games registared. On teh right of the listing near Road to Victory will be a link to the patch.
