This would use the Halftrack Pic, not sure where to add the smoke capability. Refere German Military Handbook on Military Forces. Smoke should generate imediately when requested in imediate or one hex adjacent. 20 Loads

Looking at the CS Cruiser tanks in WF with the unit viewer, it would seem if you adjust the following values I highlighted in RED with those numbers.....it should work.

Also, must adjust the weapons file accordingly......I assume the -1 values are for the range of the smoke.
