BiI CTD

I recently downloaded Battles in Italy and am currently playing the Avalanche scenario as the Allies. It's only turn 5, but I've had FIVE CTDs (Crash-To-Desktop) so far. Four occurred while right clicking the Information Panel; one occurred while right clicking the Replacement Panel. The game is patched to version 1.02. Has any other user encountered this problem? Is there a more recent version available? I played Operation Husky as both the Allies and the Axis and encountered only one CTD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
