AI THREAD PRIORITY

What is this? I see no difference in the game when i change it. What is the best setting?
AI runs in its own separate thread, and I introduced this setting just in case someone had roubles with this thread being slowed down. So far it appears that nobody reported any problem about the AI speed, so this seeting seems to be not necessary.
