There is a way, I believe using a simple program like Notepad, but I don't know for certain, and Eric's off camping until Wednesday and therefore won't be able to answer until then. Perhaps someone else has experience editing save files?

I've posted the source code for reading a save file in the modder thread, but it is, in fact, a bit technical to edit.

HiHi

Agghhhhh!  Cid please don't try giving me 2 camps, I know your hearts in the right place but I don't build camps till after the 1st April population boost, I would rather muster and then have the April boost restock my cities rather than have the camps take up all the population boost.

As I said inmy email leave it I'll cope :-) , if more corruptions happen obviously we look again at the situation.

If you are seriously put out by the corruptions umbalancing our game cut your losses, we are only on turn 6, and start again, I'm sure your AAR readers will understand.

HiHi

Err, hang on a min. (Eric when you are back from camping, you have a break there's no rush)

Just been to make a cuppa and the penny dropped, surely you can't do editing of files like this in PBEM games, a) we both have password protection up b) if you could, whats to stop techno minded folk from cheating and altering their sides stuff!? [&:]

Just a thought

CeltiCid,
I'm pretty sure that's the thread Eric meant. Now he really is of camping and out of touch with civilization. (Proof of this is that I haven't gotten an e-mail from him reacting to Obama's choice of Biden...)
