Deployed... need some help

Hey guys, I need a little help here. It took a few minutes to realize that Matrix shipped me the base version of JTCS, and it looks like downloading the 1.3 patch would fix the Vista problems I am having... actually, I'm only having one thus far -- the anti-armor problem.
Here's the rub -- I'm delployed right now, and downloading 214MB at 6.00kb/sec is going to take me forever. Is there anyway anyone can help me fix this without having to download all of the additional stuff? I assume the problem lies in one of the .dat or .pdt files... I could be wrong.
Anyone out there think they can help me out?
