Aside from 1.022, is there any chance that SSG will provide another update for all the new player mods/scenarios?

Hi Joe,
We are working on ways of making it easier to find and install user created scenarios. I can't say too much at this stage, except that we hope (if all testing is satisfactory) to have something for the next update.
