Into the Arms of America

In the grand War of Independence scenario, the Southern colonies are difficult to sway. The focus is on New England. Is shifting of loyalty so important? I have yet to figure this out, apart from providing supply. In the early months, it seems that the South is regarded as a secondary theater. The Continentals should somehow encourage the Southerners, but I'm uncertain on how to accomplish it.

South was secondary early historically and became the principle theater later in the war. Not sure how to answer your questions though. I don't own the second game.[8D] sorry that was sortta a waste.
