Port Forwarding for CCMT

You also must make sure your Firewall is allowing CoI to access the internet

CCMT Ports
2300 to 2400 udp/TCP
6073 TCP
47624 TCP


A lot of routers , including D-Link, are easy set up as you just have to choose directctX 7/8 games from it's virtual server page and forward them to your PC.

You see these rules have been forwarded to my games PC
