Serial Number

Ok I try too install the game it asks me for a serial number. I have looked on the CD, the case, the manual and can find no such number. Any ideas suggestions?

The serial number is printed on the CD.

All I C on my CD is the Order ID. # and the CD number neither number seems too work.

Printed above and to the left of the CD Number and bar is where the Serial No. is printed.
If it is not there, I would suggest contacting Matrix support in their main forum.
