I made a simple scenario to test the JU-87. The Stuka was set to arrive T1 reinforcement with 100% probability. The small screen shot is from IL-2 Sturmovik (Ubi Soft).

The game only considered onboad assets in its win/loss calculations (so air and arty don't count). Off board assets can help you win by destroying the enemy, but their material worth doesn't add to your final score.

I'm adding Panzergruppe Guderian (Panzer IIF) to the German OOB and mounting infantry in the Russian Trucks. The Russians recieve 5 VP after T30. Stukagruppe 77 (Ju-87B) is providing Air Support. The Scenario takes place in 1941 Smolensk.
