-This time me and Grymme will fight the Spanish Civil War, using Grymme´s new scenario. Grymme is welcomed to post here.

Second turn. Before start our crusade, we need restore the supply lines for our units in the South. We defeated one red unit but it´s uncertain if we can keep to route to Granada

Sept-1936

-Cordoba and Granada are still cut from our lines, I have to create two separate HQ´s to keep these cities supplied but it will make them dangerously vulnerable in the next turns.

During 1-2 turn not much happened since the republic needs to strenghten its arms. Massive amounts of infantry was produced.
- Toledo was assaultet on t1 and Toledo fortress on t2.
- Oveida was captured on t2.

The Basque front

- It looks like the nationalist are moving in towards Vittoria. Otherwise not much has happened.
- I have a secret plan though.

Madrid front on t3.

Except for some artillery bombing and and republican airstrike not much has happened.

And finally the south. Here the situation is a little bit more complicated for the republicans.

- Malaga is threatened. Estableshing a defensive perimeter around it.
- Republicans used some weak forces to cut of Granada.

Granada falls, but Cordoba holds....here are the losses

On the basque front i am basicly trying to defend.
- The Nationalist get the legion condor this turn. They could use it to attack my cities. Have to build up my defenses. The trouble is that this region is difficult to reinforce.
- Looks like NAtionalists are moving on the highway towards Santanander, will post heavy reinforcements to this area.

On the Madrid front i am planning some major action. What it will be i cannot say right now though. The picture is heavily masked for this reason.

The nationalist are bombarding the madrid line, but no heavy fighting. The nationalist south line seems undefended.

In Malaga i am on full defense now. After the conquest of Grenada and the failed assault on Cordoba it seems the nationalist are heavily reinforcing this area. They are slowly bombarding and eating through the Malaga defensive line. A whole regiment is slaughtered by artillery and air bombardment. Progress isnt very fast for the nationalists though.

No naval actions so far.

Finally a picture of the front towards Portugal. Not much movement here. This area is hard to reinforce since the nationalist controll the highway. I plan on building engineers to complete a road across the plains.

Republic 5th turn

Basque front

Barcelona front.

Since the nationalist have made no movement here at all i take a small chance and send some weak inf regiments (POUM) to surround teruel.

Madrid Front

Since the offensive have started i will reveal where the offensive is going. Units in the south were mostly fake.

My forces in the north are preparing for a small offensive towards Villallodid. The nationalist have one armour unit which looks dangerous, but i will try to stall it.

Finally Malaga front t5. The nationalist are on offensive here. They are basicly killing of one unit each turn. Lost some 30 INF here last turn, But i will strenghten my defences.

Basque front

The nationalists seem to have started a small offensive against Santanander. Otherwise not much news.

Madrid Front.

I have started my northern offensive. Next turn i will try to cross the river and secure Arronda de durro. In front of Madrid engineers are busy building fortifications. The nationalist armour on the road northeast of Avila could mean trouble. Dont have any divebombers to take care of them though. They are busy elsewhere.

Finally the Malagafront.

This is the main point of the nationalist offensive i think. But sofar they havent tried to assault me much. Just grinding me down with artillery and divebombers.

In the north i move to try and cut Cordoba of.

Regarding production. I am focusing heavy on infantry trying to produce at least 100 INF every turn. INF, MRT, MSG and SMG. Also i produce a lot of engineers. Havent produced any regular artillery, but some tanks, fighers and flak. Dont spend so much on this though.

Hmmmm...not wanting to give intel to Grymme, but it seems the Crusade will fail, we received a devastating blow at Burgos, one that will likely shatter the Nationalist OOB, giving the possible elimination of my most important HQ....
