I installed JMass's mod this morning. It is a great piece of work. The visual difference is nice, but not that important for the map, but the effects on the province and unit panels is wonderful. Not only is everything much clearer to the eye, but apparently to the PC. The cursor is much less quirky, and the game responds much more quickly. Although there are still some problems with game stability, it is improved over the stock version.

If you are playing this game, do yourself a favor and get this mod.
