Hi,
I have re-booted my comp and want my EiA back up running. I have tried findmyorder.com and accessed my order, but after I have clicked the download button, it suddenly tells me that the download is finished (100%), even though it has only downloaded 100 of 160 mb.

When i "open" the folder it tells me:

"The compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted."

I dont have any fire wall or anti-virus running.

Can anyone help?

Try emptying your internet browser cache and trying again. Most likely you have a failed download that is messing things up.

For IE7 go to Tools / Internet Options click on 'Delete' under browsing history and click on 'Delete files'
