Does anyone know how much the loss of each ship type costs?
Thanks in anticipation.

I don't know, but I can tell you this much:  If the TE declares war on America and then captures New York, the entire American fleet is scuttled, and American morale falls to zero.

No need to point out this is gamey.

1 vp per Dreadnaught or Battlecruiser.

Very gamey but since New York is standing in for the entire US (and Halifax for Canada) I'll prevent those ports being attacked.

Ok, very gamey.  I won't argue that point.

But while we are on this point, what is the status of India?  The Ottomans can't attack it because it is an ineligible hex, yet it has a fortress and a vp value.

Good question, I was wondering if you could get troops out of there via amphib.

Yes, you can Amphib in and out.  It is a port on the Eastern Mediterranean.
