Japanese Opponent Wanted

Seems I need a new japanese opponent...

I'm looking for a capable player for a RHS Lv7 game, preferably RHSCVO. I consider myself a 5 on a scale to 10 which should be enough for the allies to give a more competent japanese player some headache.

Though, I'm not looking for an overly competitive game. I want fun for both of us and definately no lunacy game. I'm open to houserules and have a list of the common ones I'd like to use on my own, but anything is discussable.

The "dont't do what the historical commander wouldn't/couldn't have done" rule is my favourite and describes my style of play very well.
